A: Installing software is a two-step procedure:
  • Download the required software from website. If you haven't downloaded the software, click here to download any product.
  • Double click on the downloaded setup file (.EXE from the extracted zip archive) and follow onscreen instructions to complete the installation.

  • Click on "Start" menu
  • Select "All Programs"
  • Click on the specific EmailAdepts software folder you wish to uninstall
  • Select the option "Uninstall..."
  • Now follow the onscreen instructions to Uninstall the software
  • Open "Control Panel"
  • Click on "Programs" or "Programs and Features"
  • Click on "Uninstall a Program"
  • Locate EmailAdepts product you are looking to uninstall
  • Right Click and select "Uninstall"
  • Now follow the onscreen instructions to Uninstall the software
Software will now be uninstalled from your computer.
A: After you purchased a licence for one of our software products, an activation info is sent to the email address you specified in the order form. The Registration name and Serial number (License key) are the only things you need for turning the demo application you already have into a licensed fully-functional software product.
A:There are several possible reasons for the failed registration:
  • This is caused by entry error. You'd better copy and paste the registration info to avoid a type
  • You order or download wrong product, please download the software from the download link in the e-mail we sent to you
